Milk sampling for JD now eligible for reimbursement Beginning in 2009, Wisconsin dairy farmers who use milk ELISA testing for Johne’s Disease (JD) may be eligible to have some costs reimbursed. Reimbursement requires an up-to-date JD risk assessment and herd management plan completed by Dec. 31, 2008, and application by Feb. 1, 2009.
